We have new build communities with 40 and 50ft lots. a few with 50,60,70 ft lots. and a couple of acre+ communities. I think the city council is trying to get away from the 40ft lots and keep everything above that going forward. send me an email at Zak.schmidt@exprealty.com and we can talk in further detail
Hey Zak, I'm a little curious...did you actually talk to someone in the Waterscape community? No bad vibes, but it seems as if you didn't have accurate information and you brushed over this great community. I live in Waterscape, in a Highland Home, which, In my opinion, is the top builder in the community. You stated that we are starting phase 2. We actually are in the latter stages, 4, 5 and 6. And elementary school #7 is not a rumor, in fact they broke ground on it last week, and it is part of the Waterscape community, master-planned. It will be at the back of the community, off Crenshaw. I've watched many of your videos about Royse City, and looked patiently for one for Waterscape, and when you finally do one, I felt that you brushed us over. In addition to Highland Homes, Bloomfield, Historymaker, and Impressions, we have Tri Point and another builder. A great person to talk to would be Mary Morales, the sales manager for Highland Homes. Her information can be found on the Waterscape site, under Highland Homes. She can give you some very valuable information about this wonderful community. Thanks for your videos, my husband I enjoy watching!
Thanks for all the info. I did talk with a couple of people out in the community. I may have mixed up some notes by the point I got there in the video. 😀. Waterscape is definitely one of my favorite communities out here in Royse City. As they keep expanding I will for sure be back out to get some more info and grab some more videos. Thanks so much for watching. Appreciate y'all!
I live on an acre in Fate and it’s about 2600 sf 429k not too bad…. Don’t move to Veranda people. It’s not as cheap as he says because of the MUD and water bill. Once you calculate the price it’s about even as everyone else. The neighborhood is more ghetto and there is section 8. Don’t move there you have been warned!
I'm glad I saw this, Verandah was at the top of our list. 😬 I was sold on the area. We are moving from Kentucky and don't want to get caught into a bad situation.
Looking at rental homes in Royse City now. We want to see how we like the area and if we would like to buy there eventually. Thanks for the info.
We still have 2 houses left in Woodland Creek! $5k bonus for realtors on top of the 3% commission!
Hey Zak! Awesome video. Will you be doing a behind the builder video for CastleRock communities?
Yes its in the pipline. should be out in a week or so. I'll be sure to tag you and let you know.
Currently living in Wylie, we’re looking for a bigger home and Royse City is on the list. How are the lot sizes?
