Great Review, I believe it is worth mentioning as a previous resident in Rancho is the weather, it's very hot for a good 4-6 months/ year this is what made me move out. Great place to live otherwise!

What about wildlife like snakes, coyotes etc?
That’s a great question, coyotes are definitely more common they don’t bother and don’t like to interact with us lol, however it’s always best to use safety practices. Don’t leave food out overnight or animals etc.
Snakes are found in more rural areas not a problem within more residential areas.
Where the native people that lived in this hot dirt patch flipped it in prosperity too look this good, or did they sold it to Americans?
