He seems to brood about incidents which happened to me way back when I was a child in elementary, intermediate, and high school thinking that I would do these things now and I hate that. Vee, do you start Harvard at the end of this month or next month in September?
I really like this kind of content! And especially this video. The idea of thinking about all the time you spent being sad over things, which don't matter in the long run and therefore wasting your time is so true! When I'm sad or angry I try to think "Is it helpful to be sad/angry about this? Do I benefit in any way from it, when I'm continuing to feel that way?" And don't get me wrong, I think it's important to feel angry or sad about some things, but sometimes one can't get over an issue and that's not healthy. I think it's unlikely that Vee will be able to answer that, not being a professional. What I would say, is I would HIGHLY recommend counselling and trauma healing courses. They can move you on and help you to live a better life.
