Thank you for the video. I am a newbie. I was watching your live video today where you mentioned the triangle paper and that you had made a video. Thank you thank you. I am nervous that I will cut fabric wrong. Now I don’t have to worry. You are the best! Keep making educational videos for us newbies!
Great video Lisa! I hate to admit I was a little nervous about using the paper but not anymore! Can’t wait to get home from work and start sewing triangles!!!
@@lisabongean139 you bet. I am so proud of you and hope to see many more educational (to me, even tho I have been quilting a long time) videos. I have the same iron and that sucker really puts out some steam, lol.
I LOVE the idea of using an old towel to save your pressing surface! If you are going to use this much spray starch please use a mask. If you can smell it you know you are breathing in small starch droplets. I have asthma so I always use a liquid starch or Terial Magic in a bowl, soak the fabric, squeeze it out and hang until damp. Then I iron them to dry them completely. You can reuse any starch left in the bowl so no starch is wasted
Great Video! I do have a question about the starching because I'm always afraid to pre-starch the pre-cuts because they might be too small for the the pattern requirements. Am I worried about nothing?
amazing - the quantity of half-squared triangles is mesmerizing. . . .
Thank you thank you for taking the time to fully explain how to do each step of creating such beautiful quilts!!
