Topaz does not need E1 or S1 to outperform moze or march. Moze outperforms topaz specifically in Ratio teams as Topaz doesn't have the debuffs. Moze and March both are fine replacements tho and you should only pull Topaz if you want/ have a use for her beyond this one instance.

Crit is always best for body pieces. Usually crit rate but if you have a ton of crit rate already go crit damage.
