If you have carefully studied the global leaderboard and it's top 10 players with 33k+ elo, you will realize that those guys have 96-100% match win rate with 150+ matches which is simply deemed impossible at this point unless they are cheating. CS 2 leaderboard is a joke if most of it is dominated by cheaters.
Many of the top 10 players are known pros. They are just queueing in 5 stacks with longtime friends that are all elite players and have good team chemistry.

Elo isn't a term for any random rating system. It's a specific rating system. And if you can have arating of 33k, then it's not Elo. You couldn't even get 3k Elo, if you had every cheat under the sun, and never lost a game in your life.

That means that if someone is cheating and gets flagged, they will be added to a list, and when the time comes, everyone in the list will get banned. This helps to make the cheat developer not knowing what was flagging in the cheat, making it harder to bypass.
I noticed a lot of 150 - 300 hour players who are blessed with skill, talent, awareness and everything else better than me with my 2k hours. (In the range of 9 - 12k points) but tbf, witht he peekers advantage in cs2 not sure if I'm getting pre fired of if they have seen me 2 seconds before i see them
That could be smurf accounts that got access. Valve could also not turn on vac rn and do it at launch. They could sweep ton of cheaters and get few days without cheaters till they break it again. But idk.

as an ex cheater (cheated since 2016 quit last year) I can instantly tell when any sort of aim assisstance is used. there was a decent amount of smoothness to his aimbot but his high aimbot fov made it look robotic. and yeah he was obvious with his walls you were right about that

There is no way any AI would catch this cheater live in match because AI still cant think as a human does. This cheater was trying to hide it but for us it was blatant. Valve should install anti-cheat on our systems client side. There is no other way!
Haven't had a single cheater in my 50ish games I've played around 10-12k elo. I don't know if cheating is more of problem in other reagions than EU, but I've had no problems. I guess most cheaters placed or have atleast risen above 15k so that might explain why some people seem to run into cheaters more often. I used to encounter way more cheater in CSGO both in mm and faceit but even back then it was few and far between. I personally feel like your accounts trust factor playes the biggest role in the type of opponents you face.

If I can't tell if someone cheats, does it really matter? Most of the time the enemy just gets inside your head after a few great rounds and you start playing like shit just beacuse you think they are cheating. Que the cycle of enemy play well -> you get inside you head and play bad -> enemy get more confident and gets away with stupid risks -> repeat

In CS2 I think it often comes down to massive peakers advantage and lucky pre fires / corner clearing, combined with cognitive bias to better remember the times we feel like we were cheated out of a fair fight. I might have rose tinted glasses on or I've just gotten extremely lucky with my match ups but that's just my experience thus far with CS2.

Most of them are just wallhacking to give info and perfectly preaiming. Just use off angles and you see how he's behaving. Pair that with the overall awareness and there you got a cheater. And it's like they have every round godtiming. If i take a nade out. They peek. If i stop holding a angle and then shift away i get killed from behind.
Tbh i think that guy was cheating but i wouldn't call that evident beyond reaosnable doubt since there was no actually obivious clips there and as you are doing overwatch you are not supposed to base your results in your opinions but hard concrete evidence to avoid false bans. I know this wasnt real overwatch ofc and i enjoyed the video but this is just my opinion😅

I've checked a lot of Demos and you check anybody with X-ray on, they look sus lol. 2:39 : He've one teammate on B site who saw the T taking the bomb and hear the footstep of 1 or 2 T leaving so it can be a call. 3:45 : T shooted his AK from Left side. You can predict he'll probably hide behind boxes and pre-fire this area. at 3:51, T jumped (sound queue) so he pushed. Even his teammate Leon pushed... 4:30 : Spotted by teammate Leon 6:34 : Mollied because teammate heard the CT running. (The claim that nobody spotted the CT is not accurate because spotting and hearing are 2 different things) There is a lot of info we don't have because we don't have in-game vc and a lot of play look sus at mid/low ELO when the XRAY is on. @TimeIsButaWindow : Keep your good work! Lol today i went up against a blatant cheater spinbotting, he dropped 53 kills and the anticheat did nothing. 0 effort from valve a 10 year old could make a program to tag blatant cheating.
A lot of those scenes would actually not be suspicious to me (19y steam and even longer CS), you can hear a lot more in CS2 than CSGO, so often you just hear what enemy players are doing behind walls. What is suspicious to me is the mediocre aiming but perfect game sense.
let's be honest this guy was blatant.... anyone trying to hide it wouldn't be caught... even with how blatant this guy was i think it just barely crossed the threshold beyond a reasonable doubt. this is the fundamental issue with games. i mean you basically have to write valve a letter telling them you are hacking and the only way you will stop is if they ban you and I think it is probably a 5050 chance you get banned.

Reasoning.. Many cheats allow for autofiring when aligning with the head.. This individual is extremely bad and lands a 1-deag before seeing the person .. It can't even be luck as he wasn't in a position to pre-fire an angle yet
After watching so many replays in overwatch cs go I can only say it's not about shoots its about movement that this "pro" shooter has. Someone who gets so many lucky, good, pro shots and is still hitting walls while walking or panics during 1vs1 is always cheating ;)
Yes theres a ton of cheaters just like cs go. Its no different i been playing cs since cs 1.3 so not new at all. You can get lucky but not all the time
this is just an average MM game in CS2. Nothing new here. If VAC could possible work better, I strongly believe that 35-40% of the players will get banned. The sad is the valve doesn't give a fuck.
biggest problem i have with valve and cheating scandal is that they had over 10 years of csgo cheating history and thy didn't care then,. Why would they care now? They make billions of dollars on this game but the money they spent on ban cheaters is ridiculous low. The pro streamers should stand up more when csgo cheaters was big problem. instead face it or other 3th site make it easier for them to not care. When cs2 has been out for a time and 3th site has make the rank normal, we gonna see less cheaters in pro streamers videos. But the biggest problem is still overall cheating in m.m. casual or in game mode in cs. Valve don´t do enough for banning players and dont make it harder for cheaters to put in programs in the steam account. Other games have not this issues,only valve? why? Because they dont care. I have playing this game for over 10 years and i try to teach younger players, but they young players stop playing because its not fun when u face cheaters in almost every game. Its absolutely ridiculous. Only thing we can do is to reach to the players to have some power and say this is not okay. But people are lazy and as long as they can play on 3th site, they dont care enough. I have no high hopes that valve care about cheating in cs2, they coundt handle csgo.
If the player is indeed cheating, the person is not good in using the cheats. It may actually seem legit, but then some of the shots are extremely suz. Seems to be a classic wall hack, but the player has very bad aim overall - that's maybe why the player needs hacks. Overall not nice to see that Valve "new anti-cheat" is just the same **** as in CSGO.

faceit is also full of cheaters ... most of the get like 6-0 then 7-5 or 6-6 and then they go like 10-6 and toggle off again. then 10 10 , 11 - 10 and thats it. and if youthink you cant cheat on faceit you should do some research about those new gen cheats.

Oky...so my theory on the current cheating problem in CS2 is : Valve is letting cheaters enjoy their free time so they can Train VAC Live beter. I mean this is only a Limited Test / Beta so I'm not worried as of yet

Tbh i think that guy was cheating but i wouldn't call that evident beyond reaosnable doubt since there was no actually obivious clips there and as you are doing overwatch you are not supposed to base your results in your opinions but hard concrete evidence to avoid false bans. I know this wasnt real overwatch ofc and i enjoyed the video but this is just my opinion😅

I'm not sure about this OW... I hate Cheater more than ANYTHING, but after more than 15yr playing FPS, I learned that good player with good sens and good audio can help predict a lot. I've checked a lot of Demos and you check anybody with X-ray on, they look sus lol.

cs2 it's still beta and i believe that VAC live it's still getting data ... the fact that are cheaters in cs2 might be exactly what valve wants ... we'll see on official release

A lot of those scenes would actually not be suspicious to me (19y steam and even longer CS), you can hear a lot more in CS2 than CSGO, so often you just hear what enemy players are doing behind walls. What is suspicious to me is the mediocre aiming but perfect game sense.
I've played cs since 1.5 and there were blatant give aways. Honestly I'd say atleast 30% of cs players now days are cheating to some degree

let's be honest this guy was blatant.... anyone trying to hide it wouldn't be caught... even with how blatant this guy was i think it just barely crossed the threshold beyond a reasonable doubt. this is the fundamental issue with games. i mean you basically have to write valve a letter telling them you are hacking and the only way you will stop is if they ban you and I think it is probably a 5050 chance you get banned.

so many of these pieces of "evidence" have very logical reasoning. I agree he was clearly cheating, but try not stretching the evidence to much, for example it seems you forget audio tells you alot (eg him preparing when people run towards or chasing when people run away.

After watching so many replays in overwatch cs go I can only say it's not about shoots its about movement that this "pro" shooter has. Someone who gets so many lucky, good, pro shots and is still hitting walls while walking or panics during 1vs1 is always cheating ;)
Yes theres a ton of cheaters just like cs go. Its no different i been playing cs since cs 1.3 so not new at all. You can get lucky but not all the time

this is just an average MM game in CS2. Nothing new here. If VAC could possible work better, I strongly believe that 35-40% of the players will get banned. The sad is the valve doesn't give a fuck.
biggest problem i have with valve and cheating scandal is that they had over 10 years of csgo cheating history and thy didn't care then,. Why would they care now? They make billions of dollars on this game but the money they spent on ban cheaters is ridiculous low. The pro streamers should stand up more when csgo cheaters was big problem. instead face it or other 3th site make it easier for them to not care. When cs2 has been out for a time and 3th site has make the rank normal, we gonna see less cheaters in pro streamers videos. But the biggest problem is still overall cheating in m.m. casual or in game mode in cs. Valve don´t do enough for banning players and dont make it harder for cheaters to put in programs in the steam account. Other games have not this issues,only valve? why? Because they dont care. I have playing this game for over 10 years and i try to teach younger players, but they young players stop playing because its not fun when u face cheaters in almost every game. Its absolutely ridiculous. Only thing we can do is to reach to the players to have some power and say this is not okay. But people are lazy and as long as they can play on 3th site, they dont care enough. I have no high hopes that valve care about cheating in cs2, they coundt handle csgo.

If the player is indeed cheating, the person is not good in using the cheats. It may actually seem legit, but then some of the shots are extremely suz. Seems to be a classic wall hack, but the player has very bad aim overall - that's maybe why the player needs hacks. Overall not nice to see that Valve "new anti-cheat" is just the same **** as in CSGO.

Since they open the flood gate and everyone got into beta there is so much cheating I quit playing. Lotta them are super obvious and even mock the anti cheat openly like they do in csgo. Rip cs2 died before it started.

faceit is also full of cheaters ... most of the get like 6-0 then 7-5 or 6-6 and then they go like 10-6 and toggle off again. then 10 10 , 11 - 10 and thats it. and if youthink you cant cheat on faceit you should do some research about those new gen cheats.

Oky...so my theory on the current cheating problem in CS2 is : Valve is letting cheaters enjoy their free time so they can Train VAC Live beter. I mean this is only a Limited Test / Beta so I'm not worried as of yet
