    Please refer to this recipe and method for making the laksa noodles. There was a typo in the description.
    Rice Noodle Recipe:
    125g rice flour
    35g tapioca starch
    1 tbsp oil
    Pinch of salt
    1 cup boiling water (approximately)
    Method:
    For better results, dry fry the rice flour over low heat for 15 minutes.
    Transfer to a mixing bowl and add salt and tapioca starch. While stirring, slowly add the boiling water.
    Stir until all the flour comes together, then knead it while the dough is still warm. Add oil and continue kneading until the dough forms into a soft, smooth, and elastic consistency. (Knead the dough until it becomes elastic, about 8 to 10 minutes. If the dough is not kneaded well, the noodles may break into small pieces.)
    Cover to prevent the dough from drying.
    Put a small amount of the dough into the noodle maker. Press the dough directly into the boiling water.
    Cook the noodles for about 2 minutes and transfer them into cold water to prevent them from sticking together.
