I'm too sure that she mixed something in that dough behind the scenes..coz I made them Today it didn't get that much fluffy while frying in fact they didn't even expand 20%..and it's too hard to make that mixture crackfree, I tried everything still it leaves some minor cracks tho my gulab jamuns didn't get broke but still I'm unhappy with the result coz it's half the size of that picture mentioned in the box and this video..but it's soft and tasty at all.. that's what matter ig..but I'll try to make homemade dough next time not mixture

There is only one secret and tip: keep dove soft. Gulab jamun crack due to hard dove as during the fry they didn't easily expand evenly hence get cracked.

Very challenging task is when we fry ball in oil and ball gets break and craky..... otherwise chasni is easy to make....
