Nick, this property is easily one of the most favorite of all you have shown us previously; and that’s saying a lot!!! I love everything about it, from the pool, the outdoor living spaces, the various levels of the home that move you from room to room feels almost like the undulating swells of the ocean. I love the concrete floors on the lower level that most definitely would keep your feet cool in the summer months and are probably heated for those colder winter months. The attention to detail and design are impeccable. That chapel right outside the gate stole my heart and that view!!! All this surrounded by only the sounds of nature to lull you to sleep at night. You’ve done it again! The price is unbelievable considering the return on your investment. Thank you for yet another outstanding video of an Italian villa for sale. You must love your job!!! ❤️

I absolutely thought there would be a million in front of that price, seriously....it's totally stunning. I love that it's got a low maintenance garden/ lawn area...you're going to be in/ around the pool all day anyway! One of the most thought out and lovely villa's you've shown us

You are on a roll, Nick. In the last few weeks you have shown several of these houses with panoramic views which have been sensitively converted and are beautifully presented. This is an interesting country property as it has little land for those who don’t want to pay for and manage endless hectares but there is no compromise in the view, pool or outside dining area. Plus the proximity of the sweet historic church and the view of it from the reception room is a bonus.

I'm sorry, Nick. The outside of the property made me squeal with delight, but inside it looked like the owner tried to erase as much of the old as possible. It made my heart ache. The outside is breathtaking, though
I agree, they loose so much of the old world charm when modernizing the kitchens especially.
I think I'd change the furniture & decorative items to make it less modern inside.
Inside was cold and unattractive and did not enhance the magnificent exterior. My heart sank when I saw the interior.
Beautifully updated while keeping the original architectural details. I love that they kept the roof framing in the office raw wood. I thought that license plate looked like the one on the back of my car...

The house is simply marvelous...Faviorate areas are the primary bedroom with that fireplace it is EVERYTHING..the primary bedroom dressing room, the kitchen, impressive craftsmanship throughout...The landscaping and the views are breathtaking....tranquil spots are the pool and patio the perfect places to rejuvenate one's spirit...Thanks Nick for the tour it is was a dazzling experience....

Love this property so much everything very well maintained it was a joy to watch. Your efforts in the heat are very much appreciated Nick! I loved the white ceiling beams, concrete flooring and black wrought iron stair case. Main bedroom, bathroom and change room would do me fine I would never leave !

Absolutly gorgeous property. Amaizing pool wiht stunnig view. I think that, the master bedroom and baht room are perfect. And the child play room is cozy. Not all the time the combination of a conteporary desing style on a old house go well, but in this case, again, is perfect. Thank you Nick excelent job. Bravo !!!

I have to agree, as I usually do, absolutely stunning! We, in the US, had a billion dollar lottery drawing last evening. I was totally convinced that I would be contacting you this morning after confirming I had won said lottery. This would have made the top choice purchase. Sadly, I will have to wait on my luck to improve. Sorry Nic, so wished we could have done business. That master suite is to die for and we'll worth the listing price.

Love the painted ceiling beams, hate all the modern stuff, bur my daughter would love it ! The oinly thing I would say is that this house probably works very well when the weather is very hot, because it has a very cool/cold feel, but nothing about it is friendly to me. What an amazing home and expected to cost 1 million but close enough. I do agree that the owner must be or has been in the great state of Texas. After all, everything is bigger in Texas. This absolutely has to be the best house I have seen from your channel and definitely one that I would consider buying if I was 20 years younger. I am extremely blessed with the home(s) I currently own and only live in one. Good luck with the sale and look forward to seeing more.

Just one comment on the volume, one minute I am turning the volume up to hear you and the next I’m turning it down. I wonder if wearing a microphone on your person would help. i was 300,000 euros over. this has such elegance and the location is simply stunning. the one thing that would genuinely cause me to pause is the swimming pool is frustratingly short if you want a decent swim. I've just read many of the comments below saying they don't like the interior because they have taken out the character ... i disagree .. i think they have replaced it with italian/french chic and love it whilst maintaining some of the old Italian charm. perfect combination for me.
