I don't get why the Queen of Spades is called "Black Maria". Black Maria has only two possible references: Edison's film studio, or the One Piece character. It makes very little sense because they could've called the card "Black Athena" or "Black Pallas" because she is supposed to represent the goddess Athena. It would've made more sense and also would've been kind of cool. I couldn't find any references of the Black Maria as a tattoo thing
They brought the colored maiden back back! Looked for it ages ago and couldn't find it anymore.

This just makes me wish te Faded Spade 4 colors were easier to get. I do like the back design of these.

The "red" is the same on the Japanese flag,the "turquoise" is called Cerulean and the "yellow" is Crayola Sunglow(neon)
Where did you get these I found on amazon but they have blue and red backs not the black backs with some color added like the ones you got
