- Red Dead Redemption 2 for PC brings the epic story of Arthur Morgan and the Van der Linde gang to life in breathtaking new ways - with no shortage of dazzling technical enhancements that deliver deeper immersion. In my opinion, the best game ever made. I really don't think it's possible to top this. The immersion, the graphics, the soundtrack, the story, the moral, everything. Absolute perfection.

I can’t believe I’m missing someone so bad as soon as I hear his voice even though this person never existed.
It’s a weird feeling. I’ve never seen a character come to life like Arthur did, I took like a month off of the game after I finished it because it was actually sad to play for a while. Not like game sad either, it makes you wonder how deep they can go with stories in the future, like if VR makes some serious breakthroughs are game’s stories gonna be so good and so immersive that people go through actual grief when a character dies? It sounds silly but 10 years ago we would have never imagined games looking as real as they do now.
oTOYOTo: So true when Arthur died I literally took a break from the game. I have my own criticisms of the game, for example the 2 final chapters of the game. But it's still a masterpiece.
You're definitely not alone. I've never felt so connected to a fictional character as I did with Arthur. He radiated so much hopelessness, so much regret, that I completely forgot I was playing a game and that he never existed. I remember vividly how devastated I was when he died in my first playthrough. It's very weird when you talk about it and I'm glad that more people feel the same way.

Playing it on ps4 and soon PC, I've seen in-game screenshots of the land in the game being posted in the r/earthporn subreddit and fooling people into thinking it was real. They hit the ball out of the park with this game from the details and graphics of the world to minute details of gameplay. If you havent played it yet you'll truly be impressed.

Arthur morgan is one of the only character I’ve been emotionally moved by, that character is amazing, rockstar did an amazing job with the story of this game.
