But the values will be set in the variable even though you throw error in display think in a large perspective you cannot check in every method were the variable is used hence it should be validated while creation only ...i think this can be a valid reason please feel free if any correction needed in my understanding

Bro the default constructor doesn't have any parameters so I think it won't accept any arguments. For parameterized constructor I think we can add validations as well as we added them in setter methods.
