Very nice, by watching this video of Alinas old memories iam really thankfull and surely her passion has done the favour for her .God bless both of you.❤
I love Russia and Serbia. I wish there were more videos of Russia's nature. One can hardly find any. It's all flats and apartments and malls. But nice video. Cute and comfy.
2:37 I love those wild strawberries. I found some growing in my backyard and transplanted them to the garden and they produce like crazy. I think a bear had pooped the seeds out and they were in my yard for a couple years before I dug them up.
As a Korean watching this, I strangely find a lot of similarities - the kitchen layouts, the green clock on the wall, and the flower wallpaper especially. The way microwave is sitting on top of another device is also the same. If you show this video to any koreans without Justin and Alina they would believe this is one of Korean apartment in 2000s.
I loved this video, especially Alina's room! You look amazing without makeup and I totally agree that it's much more comfortable to stay without it 🙂Cannot wait to see the next episodes!
My mother-in-law, Sina, has a similar apartment in Vitebsk (Belarus), 2 balconies, 3 bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen with a window to the balcony from the living room. Toilet and bathroom are separate. There is also a relatively large built-in closet in the hallway. Greetings from Germany!
Looks like a very nice house to grow up in. More room than most HK apartments. Alina's English is actually very good. IMO, much better than most American native speakers. You guys will know when you visit the USA 😅.
Wish to be able to travel the world just like you guys and visit Russia someday too, and yeah I love some mini Australia Shepherd dogs as well coz they're so smart and adorable. Thank you for touring us ❤❤❤
@Justin I strongly advise you to learn Russian. When I was there for the first time I've fought English or my poor German will be enough but I quickly realised that without language it is not possible to fully understand culture. So now I can understand and talk.
Thank you for sharing with us so much of Russia. In this episode I can really see so much growth in Alina, how she managed to make so much of her wishmap/vision board come true. Right now with all the sanctions, to be honest, is such great insight into. Russian life. Keep it up! If any when you come by Brisbane on your Aussie trip, do reach out, happy to support your channel. Traveling Australia or NZ in a camper van/caravan is an amazing experience, hope you get to do it. I’ll keep to working towards travelling Russia one day too :P
Very cool motorcycle pic Alina. Are you ethnic Tatar ? I'm sure you know that when the Mongols came , they stayed in Kazan until Ivan IV drove them out. Lots of history from the area.
It is more likely that she is of Uralic or Turkic origin. In Russia, due to ethnic discrimination, many individuals prefer to identify as ethnic Russians to avoid prejudice and oppression. Being openly identified as Udmurt or Chuvash is not seen as prestigious. For instance, the Udmurt population has seen a significant decline, dropping from 600,000 in 2010 to 400,000 by 2020.

It’s telling how Russians write very differently about the same conditions in Vladivostok and Kazan compared to Ulan-Ude. They often use derogatory terms for the Asian region, yet there’s no mention of poverty and unfriendliness in the western regions. For example, when Alina showed an apartment in Ulan-Ude, there were many derrogatory comments stating that Buryatia is a poor region and that everything is much better in other areas. But Justin&Alina videos demonstrate that conditions are quite similar everywhere they go, except in Moscow, of course, where things are supposedly much better. The colonial attitude of Moscow toward the conquered regions is evident, as is the racist and condescending attitude of Russians toward national minorities.
That is human nature, putting down others to feel better about themselves. Like in the US, New Yorkers often think of Texans as cowboys, hillbillies, ... or white comedian called Porto Rico floating garbage ...
This is a natural butter and not margarine. And that jam is also natural homemade (only berries and sugar). So it's hard to call it bad food. Of course there are a lot of calories, but its classic for us. Like the "taste of childhood" once in day/week for a good mood its Ok :)
I eat over 300g of carbs daily and I have 8 percent body fat and even work as a fitnesss model; carbs is not bad for you, they are only bad if you are fat or do not live an active lifestyle to burn it off.

Now imagine that there is a country next to you. Where for 10 years they have been shouting that you and your relatives should be killed. A country that attacked its citizens who did not agree with the coup in the country.Study the history of the conflict, and don't watch TV where they tell you that a peaceful, sweet country was attacked. They bombed their citizens, children on the beach and sea. They created children's summer recreation centers where they taught children fascist slogans and the Nazi salute. They held torchlight processions at night and paid homage to Hitler's henchmen. "a very peaceful country" don't you think?!

Why in Russia a lot of central train stations in cities called "2"
Like you just arrived at "Kazan 2"

Потому что старые вокзалы находятся близко к центру города. А новые (по номером 2) ближе к окраине. Вы с окраины? 😊
why is there a giant picture of a lion (or siberian tiger ?) on the wall?
