Beautiful and elegant baby boomers nails using dip powder. I feel like this is the easiest way to achieve this baby boomer or French fade look. That watercolor technique for the flowers was so cool. I have seen people water the paint down before, but I have not seen anyone soak up the water. It made the petals look so pretty and delicate. Beautiful nails! I have struggled with dip powder. My dip powder nails have turned out lumpy every time I have tried to do them. I’m going to try again today, but I am using gel base instead of the resin base that comes with dip powder. That way I can play with them and smooth them out before I cure them.

Lumpy dip powder is usually due to the liquids not leveling or maybe you are putting on too much or it’s just too thick. I would try another resin based liquid if you are still having trouble with the gel but gel should be easier because like you said you can fix anything before you cure!
