Hey K-Rino im a big fan of your work and these sorts of messages you put out! most people have heard something like this but just dont act on it so great to hear from wise folks like yourself and yea I'm guilty myself im now 40 years old and I'm from Bondi in Sydney Australia. Everyday day i have to do a heap of stretches and often use anti inflammatorys just to deal with my permanent back issues i also use medical cannibis a few days a week ! Why? I never had some horrific accident and was born ok ! Because when I was young and invincible i would lift all sorts of heavy and awkward things thru different jobs ect Guys especially taller guys like myself and k should always bend your knees not your back even if your just picking up a piece of paper or your kids toy. And yea regarding food in my teens i was always lean i played basketball done martial arts and boxing and because i never had weight issues i also ate heaps of fast food eg McDonald's for lunch and KFC for dinner but this never gave me any trouble till early to mid 20s but thankfully changing diet was able to fix this.

sometimes a person is just having fun with drugs and maybe even have it under control, maybe even put them h down. But then life knocks you down hard and it hurts and hurts, and you are familiar with that drug and it's second nature to go back to it, but this time, it is a crutch that will wither away your leg strength until you cant walk with out that crutch. and your life becomes a waste

I worked myself down. 30 years of improper sleep takes a toll. High blood pressure. Is real. Dont ignore it.
I've never stop exercising so my body can maintain the physical labor o do on a daily basis but still feel the wear and tear
