I agree. Motorcycling is more about the riding vs hopping on the interstate and droning down the road.
Any bike can be on an adventure. People have rode the TAT on Honda 90cc trail bikes!
Yup. Good advice. I like the part about any bike will do if you adapt... because my 883 is 2001... pre rubber mounting! Breaks, breaks and breaks!

Well said. My recent adventure had passes close mid day, back tracking due to an avalanche and a LOT of rain storms causing problems. But it was awesome. I only had a target date to get to my destination, and then a date to get back home. In between I flexed as I wanted. I spent a day at Joshua Tree unplanned and loved it. I am just back from one, and already thinking about another.
I’ve been so busy. I shot most of this video a month ago, but finally got editing it this week. I was thinking of you while editing the part about mountain passes. You made the right decision. Joshua Tree is amazing. Glad you got to head there.
On road, and off road. Even if the motorcycle is not made for off road... hehe
