The whole concert at the Albert Hall was incredible. She sings so many amazing songs by Nina Simone, Etta James, Barbara Streisand, etc etc etc. It;s the Royal Albert Hall. Seen so many classical concerts, Operas, Ballets and Singers there. Love that place!

Did u know that Whitney Houston’s mom Cody’s Houston is who sang that note on the record? Her group, Sweet Inspirations, was Aretha’s backup singers in the studio & on tour for yrs during that time. In the movie they have Aretha’s sister singing it, but that wasn’t the case. I wonder why they didn’t have a Cissy Houston character in the film?🤔
