Not really instant though is it. Its basically a kettle you can set to different temperatures and it dispenses it when you press the button. Cost a fortune to keep that running 24/7.
it is instant hot water, literally press a button and hot water at whatever temp you set. as for energy cost yes it probably does cost some extra however it's insulated and only kicks in every now and then, more if it's a higher temp.

@@johnryan941 yes it is, it's a good bit of kit we use it everyday no issues so much better than a traditional kettle if you have lots of drinks etc.
