      This type of whole chicken I dislike when boil because the skin becomes too soft. The freshly butcher chicken I do like.

      I’m scared to eat quail eggs if that’s what your referring to lol. I add it for my family but never eat it. I don’t mind mushroom but don’t usually add it. I sometimes add baby canned corn.

      I’m sure you can, I have never tried. You may want to add less green curry, to me green curry is a lot stronger in taste.

      Yes, the dried ones as shown in my video. You can use fresh as well.

      Hi, yes you can double except for the curry paste if you add too much it may be spicier so you can do extra half.

    Is there a difference in cooking the curry, cooked chicken, bamboo, etc, separately? When i make it, i usually just use one pot to cook everything. After boiling the chicken, i just throw everything into the broth pot. I don't like washing too many pots and pans when i cook 😅

      Yes, to me it makes a differences but that could just be me. I find cooking the curry in oil brings out the flavor more than just throwing it in a pot of boiling water. The chicken and bamboo can be thrown in at anytime really, what I show is just my usual process.

      Hi, it’s not spicy. If you want more spicy try the red curry paste in the large containers.

      Hi, it’s not. The camera is zoom in. The pot is a lot smaller than what it looks like. Width is a little larger than size of the leg quarter.
