Technically emerald blade is still the highest base damage weapon at the 2b cap outside dungeons, but not by much. I understand it was too strong compared to how easy it was to get nowadays (and back when it was released there wasn't good coin loss cancelling effects (only wolf slayer 8 and only -5%)), but a way more reasonable nerf would have been only cancelling booster cookie effect, forcing you to use 2 bank V enchant or phoenix pet instead. It would probably have its niche somewhere, but now giant sword and claymore would look more appealing than the emerald blade

2 bank 5 reduces loss to 25% coins not 0
If u have 4 bank V the coin loss is 6.75%
