I am not gonna lie, this actually made me cry, because I am always so hard on myself, and put so much pressure on myself to be perfect, and when I'm not, I get so mad at myself, but I have created a habit to always come back to these types of videos when I feel this way. I’m trying to stay consistent. When I set an alarm for 8, (which I’ve been getting better at waking up) I usually fall back asleep and wake up at 1PM. Then I go to bed at 10 and stay up until around 12 or 2AM. I need to get better at routine :D
If you need to, I usually set a second alarm 10-15 minutes after my original alarm. Usually you are in that half awake half asleep state and having that second alarm can wake you up again if you fall asleep.
Honestly I can't thank you enough for your videos, my mental health is rock bottom atm but hearing you say you need discipline over motivation changed my mindset a bit, feeling more hopeful than I have in a long time ❤

i just fixed my morrning toutine from your video i used too wake up at 6pm and now i wake up at 10am too 11am thank you i used too be a night owl now im a morning bird i would be very productive in the morning i woul work out do my skin care eat breakfast then maybe go out somewhere but all i can say is thank you so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so soooooo much❤

My summer days are productive buuuut my waking up and sleeping hours are mixed I wake up when I want sleep when I want I still study work out (working out has always been easy for me because we have a mini gym so I don’t have to drag myself to the gym)and eat healthy but I get so bored from my so scheduled school life in summers I relax a little lol and for me relaxing is not waking up at 7 am and sleeping at 11 pm
Yes it's hard but God is there. He can give you the strength to do what u gotta do throughout the day. Lean into his grace.If your not waking up early, doing what u gotta to do. U don't need to worry and u can start all over again tomorrow.
Did you know that if you crack the eggs on the counter instead of the bowl it reduces the amount of samonella that gets in your food from the eggshell? Also, I love your videos!
