So many good exercises in 5 minutes! What I love about using a wand is that you’re able to stretch far more than without it. It’s not even only for people with shoulder problems, it’s just great for improving mobility and flexibility. Thank you so much!

Both of my shoulders are frozen. 2018 it was left shoulder due to moving. It got better over the following 2 years but then I had a lot of stuff to move, get rid of, and I messed up the right shoulder. I had x-rays and MRI on each shoulder, too, which confirmed the diagnosis. Anyhow, I am right-handed, which doesn't help. I have decided I'd better get exercises in for it now. It is extremely painful, especially when it's feeling good (usually because you're not doing anything, lol) and I accidentally go to grab for something, pull something, push something, etc. OMG, that HURTS. Thank you for doing these videos! Very much appreciated.

Omgoodness! This video has helped me tremendously. My Dr. & his MA”s really didn’t go over the instructions in detail. They very quickly demonstrated how to do it & left the room. I’m so thankful I found this channel. Thanks so much for sharing this with us. And you make it fun. 🙏🏼❤️

Super helpful. My PT uses the wand but not in all of these positions. The bra hook position looks especially helpful. That one is super frustrating!

Really appreciate your videos! But on this one- would be great to mention checking your space for obstacles before swinging a long stick inside the house.

Hi guys awesome stretches. As a PTA working in outpatient and working with patients w/ FS at what point during a treatment session would you perform these stretches? Would you recommend a hot pack or UBE for patients that c/o mild moderate or severe symptoms? Thanks

I would say the last excersize needs clarification as to what shoulder needs therapy. Your displaying two different shoulder side movements.

found your videos , great btw! after an exploded shoulder joint and broken humerus(now a plate and 8 screws 4 yrs ago), I have very little ROM. Went to PT for 4 months but didnt help. looking to find some self done exercises to help get my arm reach back. things like reaching up to put things on a shelf, or reaching out to tune the radio in the car are futile.. I want that ROM back.. can you suggest any videos?

have a tear on R shoulder for 8 months . Got the shot and after almost 4 months My surgeon is going to give me another injection to kill the pain so I can do the exercises. if it doesn't get any better in time he mentioned surgery. I just want to alleviate the pain and limitations of movement...Love your videos

I'm not sure whether you guys making videos about this problem or not, as I perform freestyle swimming (warm-up step before working out), my shoulders make some annoying cracking sound without pain. It's been happening for a while, especially with backward movement. Can you guys help me out explain it?
    Thank you!

thank you for the simple moves. but i moved so little on the affected arm. haha. 6 months done. few more months to go... at least the seemingly 24-hour excruciating pain period is over... i think. 😅

THANK YOU. I am home during the COVID-19 pandemic lock-down and my shoulder is killing me. I have all the risk factors (female, 63, diabetic) and this has been an ongoing concern for several years. After working with a PT several years ago, things were good for a while. This one snuck up on me. BOOM. Watching your video refreshed me on exercises I learned in PT years ago. Now where did I put that broom...?

Besides, you look more like Fred Astaire with a cane. The PVC pipe, ummm, not so much. :)
