Overall I think the Panigale V2 is a great bike but there are a few things I'd def change/upgrade which will be perfect for our min build series. Get signed up to be entered to win this beauty here! www.patreon.com/campisicustoms
Yeah I try to be as honest as I can when I do these videos since I get so many messages from people buying bikes from my feedback so I don't want to lead anyone in the wrong direction.
I love my V2 bayliss, Number 1570, which is my second bike, it is not hot as my third bike V4SP (number 655),V4SP is like that air blower to your leg. Also the seat height is much friendly, I think it is because of narrow seat. I recommed the RCS19CC of brake and it can highly get improved, it can give you a better feeling of the brake. Also the V2B have better quality than V4 whether you believe or not. V4 horn line will break very easily, and sometimes engine will need to refire two or three times when it stops after riding like 30 minutes, and it sound like tractor at the very begining. I am from China, Ducati make a good cost performance here due to like Japanese liter bike have even higher price than V4 standard. Great to watch the video and can also learning English.
I totally agree. I’ve also have a Bayliss and a V4SP2. I love both but I prefer the sound of the V2. The V2 is my preferred bike on the street, the V4 only comes out for track and highway
You are so right about the sound of the twin. To me it's "Ducati". That's one of the major things that first drew me to them. The V4 sounds good and all, but to me it isn't the same. Just listening to this video makes we want to go out and ride my twin Ducati. In my opinion you are 100% spot on with the Ohlins comments. I went back to back from owning a base 1199 then to my R and the thing that made the biggest difference on the first ride of my R was the suspension. It's so far ahead of the base. My 1199 was Marzocchi forks/Sachs rear where I believe the newer stuff is Showa, but I have to imagine it'd be similar. If there is never a V2S, then the Bayliss is probably the perfect street sports bike.
I had a chance to sit on the V4 and the V2 at Warhorse last weekend...I was amazed at how tall and heavy the V4 felt. I would not be comfortable on that. V2 all the way for me, wish they were a bit lighter though.
I have a s1000rr, and as tempting as the V4 is.. I think the V2 is the better bike for riding on the road. Looks like it's way more fun, being able to actually rev out the gears without doing jail speeds.
I think Christina should get the upcoming anniversary edition ZX4RR. It’s unique/rare, a screamer and handles like a dream. Think tricked out ND Miata. A true confidence builder and fast enough with a tune.
Thanks for the awesome review! You are a Big influencer for me ordering the V2 Bayliss. Initially looked at R1M, but I really don’t want the tall gear nor need the extra 50 hp. Power delivery of the V2 is perfect for me. Though R1M looks awesome, V2 Bayliss attracts my eyes more than anything else. I extended to 4-yr factory warranty, but still Hope its reliability won’t disappoint me. 😂
Wait till you modify it and tune, you will be extremely happy that you went with V2, and by the way, don’t know why people say it’s a baby V2 when this V2 smokes 750cc Gsxr , even in race mode on V2 it cuts power on full throttle at low speeds, you need to adjust settings and then hold your self to the bike 👌 even on stock form
@@Atlan_tis thanks bro. I totally agree. Even for an R3, riding it on twisted road is plenty of power, especially if it’s wet. 155hp is plenty for road. I enjoy redlining a bike, and there is no chance for me to do that legally on any liter bike. I think I would stay in the stock power, unless full system & tune will improve it’s reliability LOL
@@yanyizhang7348 Ducati sells Tune and it comes with their Akrapovic exhaust system, Akrapovic is expensive, I went with different route, Arrow and T800+ and I can install back stock map any time, bike feels crazy, I have Bayliss too, you must have heat shield install and I even wrapped whole exhaust with thermal wrap, it looks crazy nice
@@yanyizhang7348 I would say, V2 is a sleeper, you will never expect how fast it is, not a slow bike, V4 is too much for streets and overall, I agree with Jered, V2 is plenty and at least you can use the power trough the gears and enjoy more, I had couple M5 Competition with 800Hp , crazy cars, but when I moved to the car I always wanted STi, it sounds crazy but I enjoying STi way more then M5, it’s not always about speed :)
Yo Jaret! It was so cool meeting you at Warhorse dude! Have you ever ridden an adventure bike? I have an Aprilia Tuareg 660 and there's something about the way the gearing is tuned on that bike with a quick shifter.. having all that torque down low is so much fun. The sound of the air flow with the oversized air box truly is intoxicating and I love that low rpm growl of a twin. All that with a relaxed riding position! Plus I can stand right up on the bike comfortably and still shift/brake. You gotta ride one some day! Thanks for bringing the community together. Looking forward to the next one.
Great commentary Jaret. I am a beginner, thinking of taking riding lessons at 60 yr old. I was afraid when I was younger. Great camera angle too, feels like we are riding with you.
I would love to see what you think about the Streetfighter V2 and how that compares to both the Streetfighter V4 and to the Panigale V2. I don't have my license yet but aspiring to get it eventually but as I am over 30 I don't think the supersports would be it for me. I always liked the Idea of the Streetfighter (and the Monster but RIP that platform) but the V4 seems like it would be way too much bike for a beginner
Your wright Jaret this is probably one of the best all round Ducati's too own. V twin ducati is such a great sounding bike. They are great for track days. Great fun on the street too. I fitted a fully akrapovic system too my Bayliss got the tune from Ducati with it. The suspension is definitely worth buying the Bayliss. Good review 👍
Bro let's get winglets on this bike during the build. I think it will stand out even more since the V2 does not come with winglets. I have a brand new V4R and a V4SP2 but my V2 for me is more fun to ride on the streets...!
I'm 6'1" tall (32 in inseam) - Do you think the V2 is a little small and makes you look too big on it compared to the V4? I rode the V4 and it felt like it fit me perfectly ergonomically and size-wise. I'd love a V2 but I feel like I'll look so weird on it being a taller rider.
Jaret if you're ever going to own another motorcycle, then i would strongly suggest you test ride the MV Agusta Brutale 1000RR, its a fucking beast, i'm pretty sure you'll love it.
I went to Warhorse the day after you guys bought this one; if I don’t win the giveaway I’ll be back up there with my first born and a kidney to buy the other one
Hi there what’s up ? I have a question I am beginner, and I never ever ride the motorcycle and I wanna buy panigale v2 it’s good for beginners or not 😃?!
Jaret, I think you’re such an eloquent and knowledgeable guy your channel would do fine without all the clickbaiting with Christina’s photos. Don’t get me wrong, I love both you two and am all for body positivity, just think all those things go without saying and would love your channel regardless. Love this review, you highlighted all the important things.❤❤❤
Hi I’m new here in your channel😅 I just gotta say, bro you are rich rich like its unbelievable. Love your contents about sports bike, even tho I myself is a big fan aswell of sports bike. Hoping to buy myself one soon in the future. ❤❤❤
Has anyone on here ridden a V2 Pan or Street in a hot climate? This bike ticks all the boxes for me but not sure if I can daily it in a hot climate. Gets to 90F/30C plus where I live. Any experience you’ve had would be appreciated! 🤝
To get a Ducati super sport and base a review on things like being able to be flat footed and complaining about the engine vibrations is just so junior varsity
Im curious how is it different then the 11/1299 twins... I mean obviously newer/upgraded parts but. I was honestly mad when Ducati did the "last twins ever"... and followed them up with a V2 lol Is it just overall a smaller bike than the V4? Or is the V4 just wider/lighter. I love my 1199, but would love to upgrade to the V4S+
Overall I think the Panigale V2 is a great bike but there are a few things I'd def change/upgrade which will be perfect for our min build series. Get signed up to be entered to win this beauty here! www.patreon.com/campisicustoms
One of my favorite reviews ..very honest feedback and I totally get it when you mention how much fun it can be over a V4.
Yeah I try to be as honest as I can when I do these videos since I get so many messages from people buying bikes from my feedback so I don't want to lead anyone in the wrong direction.
I have one with the full titanium Akrapovic and yes sooo much better. In throttle response and sound. Love it.
Night and day difference....cant wait to get ours installed!

Two awesome bikes right there man great choices!
Your English is actually really good Sir. Keep up 👌🏿

yepppp I couldn't agree more with everything you said :)

Easy to shave 25 lbs with just an exhaust and tail tidy/mirror block offs

Exactly 👍🏻, not always about power, but the way bike feels and moves
I would actually love to ride this too can’t wait to see how your plan comes together 👊🏻🤙🏼🤞🏼
It IS a nice looking ride for sure!
Beautiful Bike , sure like the scenic rural roads you and Dado get to ride in Pennsylvania.
when the weather cooperates its an awesome place to ride

Troy Bayliss Aussie Legend, Aussie Aussie Aussie Oi Oi Oi. 😎
I have a 2023 Baylis and really keen to see you installing the full system on it. Its something I'll be doing in 2024!
I've put the akra full system on a V2 before and its absolutely incredible highly recommend it
@@JaretCampisi It's between £5000 and £6000 to buy including installation in the UK 🥴
Great comprehensive review my friend! 👍👌👊

Ive been wanting a V2 for a while now, excited to see the custom parts added and hopefully this one will be in my garage in the near future

Great review.. perfect bike for the road!
The bike is sick, reminds me of my monster
Best V2 review… Thank u 👍🏽
So glad it was helpful!
You need to ride an MV Agusta. The sound is great. It is a triple. It is a beautiful bike!

At 12.31, was that the infamous motorcycle wave? Kinda new to this thing!
Thanks for the good insights. All points I was wanting to hear. Future bike for me. I can tell you're a very advanced rider to appreciate the V-due

very helpfull review i am considering getting this

I am 6f3i, it fits perfect for me
Beautiful machine!
V2 or V2 Bayliss? What do u prefer?
Also, what is the writing on the gas tank? Is it the signature of the designers or the constructers?
It’s Troy Bayliss signature
That's Troy Bayliss signature/autograph
Of course! thx
Troy signature and the 3 years of championship years
You sound like a salesman trying to sell the last hot dog 🌭 😂
lol I thought I was pretty tough on the bike overall...lots of things I said needed improved
Just ordered one ☝️

Hi there what’s up ?
I have a question I am beginner, and I never ever ride the motorcycle and I wanna buy panigale v2 it’s good for beginners or not 😃?!
I recommend starting on a used bike like a 300. This bike is not for beginners.
Did you put it back to stock height before the test ride ?
yes
@@JaretCampisi OK good.
Keep it up ......right :)
Did you weigh the Lamborghini build after you were done with it or did I miss it on an episode
yes it was 405lbs with fluids
Those mirrors have got to go..... can't wait to see how the build goes.. it would make a good second bike for me and a track bike.
Ducati must redesign the mirrors on their bikes.
miss the bike riding videos!
yeah I need to do more but for some reason they just don't tend to get many views
