You don't take it easy during a pregnancy unless you are high risk. You got it right girl, keep moving.
That's so different from how pregnancy was shown as I was growing up.
It's great to know you can still keep pushing yourself and staying active!
But also listening to your body as Toya said.

@@KeaneLuvr I was extremely blessed in all of my pregnancies. I never got sick and I was back up and moving the very next day. No epidural.
Movement throughout pregnancy is so crucial! I'm a first-time mom and I strength trained and walked all over the creation up until the day I went into labor and labor was a breeze; I only pushed for 15 minutes (first-time moms usually push 2+ hours). I fell off the first trimester too because of morning sickness but you already have a strong foundation so I'm sure you're already doing great. Keep going sis! So happy for y'all!

I'm especially excited for pregnancy specific/how to make workouts safe for pregnancy videos, as I had a hard time knowing how to safely modify during my first pregnancy third trimester. I followed so many of your workouts during pregnancy and postpartum, and although modifications were necessary for some things, I'm so glad you'll be teaching people that exercise is indeed safe, and how to modify for specific needs. How exciting! I love your videos. I love all the different lengths and used them all. Our son and daughter-in-law were blessed with a baby girl in November. There's nothing like it! My DIL worked out at the gym and led a class. (if honest -- made me nervous being in there.) but of course, she followed her doctor's advice. And went full term and delivered a healthy 8lb future workout buddy for grandmother. You're a beautiful couple - mind, body and spirit. That is one blessed little boy. And he will be such a blessing to you.

I did your videos all throughout my third pregnancy. I modified throughout as necessary, mainly just with the core exercises. I loved how easy it was to click on a video and not think about making a workout but just follow along with you guys knowing it was going to be a good workout.
