- I am always amazed about developments in Liberia, even sometimes the lack of developments. Here in Charlesville, you see so much untapped potential, especially a place very close to the airport, Harbel, Firestone, and Grand Bassa. If you check the development index,Margibi is the second behind Montserrado in terms of “developing counties”
So, why are we still very underdeveloped ? Come with me, let’s discuss.

I think the first goal for areas like this is to map out where roads should be like zone the entire land so people would know where or which direction to face their properties, which is easier to do when the land is empty
We already have that in place! This is the first and primary step

This place is only closer to the airport and the river.

I am greatly concerned about those specific types of trees on your land and how they seem to grow uniquely to that area. I suggest you invite environmentalists to test the area before you destroy a unique species of trees that only grow in said environment.
Hi. Did I mention that I would be cutting down trees? Once putting structures down, we would need a clear path but not necessarily cutting down surrounding trees😊
@@zawadiem Just a friendly advise tho. I actually see on the other side that they have already started burning the area. Those trees in that particular area just look very unique. Who knows, maybe they aren't that important or maybe they are. I'm not an environmentalist. I'm just curious of their uniqueness to that area. Seeking external advise from a specialist could change you and your colleagues minds to turning the area into more profitable tourist attraction site than a residential community. I have traveled to over 14 states in America by road trip and have seen places along statelines that have similar unique trees covering an entire area and those places remain reserved for such attraction. Anyways, I just thought I give my 2 cent on what I observed.
