Getting Over It was funny (not watching it, but the idea. I get the hype) but those rage games become ridiculous. This here just looks horrendous. It's not even interestingly designed. I feel like we are close to rock bottom. But nevertheless mad respect for beating this thing! What a literal chore!
well, to be fair that's kind of the point... I mean, you do know the fable of Sisyphus right? and honestly, this is no less productive than any other game out there. Whether you're playing cod or fortnite or some emotional story game, you're pushing the proverbial boulder up the endless mountain fueled nothing by your own satisfaction and enjoyment you get out of pushing that particular boulder. Because at the end of the day when you put the game down you're still at the bottom of the proverbial mountain. It might be boring for you, but others might find enjoyment from it. Just like other people will feel the same exact way about games that you play and enjoy.
cool congrats! my run its my second run so ofc this is not optimal. Also dont forget to sumbit it in leaderboards! www.speedrun.com/The_Game_of_Sisyphus
@@redzorogaming will do! My first run was a blind run of 3hr and 3 min and my second was the 1hr 40m. I didn’t expect to shave that much time so I’m sad I didn’t record it.
@@redzorogaming I could throw up right now, I’ve never recorded anything before and I thought I had it all settup on obs. I hit record and it all looked good, first run I basically ace the whole game with a time of 1hr 27min and 53 seconds. I pressed stop recording and opened the file to a hour and 30 min black screen video. I’m so fucking stupid
1:31:29 this was a literal nightmare. I felt a twinge of what the real Sisyphus must experience daily.
