The locomotion against the wall looks interesting. So cool how one "small" change can lead to a world of new possibilities when you have the correct foundation.
Yes, it does have a name but I can’t remember it off the top of my head. The behind the back version is one I have tried/worked in the past as well. A challenging one for sure.
My videos take a lot of time to edit and put together so by the time I released that video my tooth had already been healed for months. I went to a dentist a few days later and had it all cleared up in about a week in total. Thanks for your thoughts though.
The quick answer is I don't. Motivation comes and goes thus it is not something that can be relied on for consistency. My curiosity and growing appreciation to the practice is what keeps me going well these days. It used to be a grind and hard work but eventually I realized this is not how I want to go about things. It is no longer "I HAVE to practice" , it is " I GET to practice :) ". Something I remind myself of daily and continue to work to appreciate.

Keep these videos coming. Super motivating! Especially your video about getting motivated when you don’t want to train and feel tired! 🙏🏼👌🏼
Will do! Glad you’re enjoying them

Nice video Antonio, love the way you use the wall for your daily practice :)
PS: Nice jab 👊😅
Thank you but I think the hook at 0:53 was much better than my jabs
Yeah I meant this hook 😂
Great moves really!
Yo, that strength work looks good. Also the juggling part, does it have a name that drills? I tried behind the back and it's funny xD
