Have Otto improved their "glass" on their models, or is it still flimsy flexible wafer thin plastic? I only have the one Otto model because of this issue?
@@miamimo70 I think it's not going to change due the nature of resin. See, the other windows are molded/tooled plastic. It works on diecast cars that are popular enough to sell in LARGE numbers like the cars you see at Costco. The resin cars made in small batches in the hundreds or couple thousand, they're not sold in big enough quantities to recover the tooling cost of the windows.
Love the 50s Corvettes, great deal too.
Speaking of golden era Toyota models check out Xiaoguang's Gen1 LS400 it's neat
@@alexlarson2466 big time on my want list. I have a factory hook up I'm working on
@@JamesonsDiecastCars Look forward to its eventual review!

@@miamimo70 it's an issue on most resin cars, Otto, GT Spirit, BOS etc. Some cars like this where all the side windows are flat work out better.
@@JamesonsDiecastCars I was so disappointed with the Otto model, never bought another Otto model. The Norev, KK, GT Spirit ones are way better
@@miamimo70 it depends. Some of my Ottos are excellent. Some have been lack luster.
@@JamesonsDiecastCars the 'window' issue is the problem, that has to improve
