How does the international community FORCE Israel to let food & aid through the borders? That is the MOST important issue!! If a substantial number of nations recall their US and Israeli ambassadors or if they deny their airspace and ports to Israeli planes and ships until Israel allows food for Palestinians...
A UN force accompanying the Aid trucks to distribute the supplies through Rafah without Israeli intervention. Any attempt to prevent the aid would be met with force to protect the distribution. That force would consist of troops from each country that voted for the UN resolution. This is not a war, or a picnic, it is genocide. It is imperative that the aid reach the starving Palestinians. Period. Nothing less will suffice.

I've been to places after a UN Special Rapporteur has visited and published their reports. It's a serious black mark, but it ensures continued funding and pressure for fixing problems.
