भारत के लगातार तीसरी बार प्रधानमंत्री बनने के बाद श्री नरेंद्र मोदी 1 जुलाई 2024 से तीन नए आपराधिक कानून लागु होंगे। देश के गृह मंत्री श्री अमित शाह लागु करेंगे तीन नए आपराधिक कानून।
मुख्य सचिव श्री सुधांश पंत की अध्यक्षता में सोमवार को शासन सचिवालय में नये आपराधिक कानून के संबंध में बैठक आयोजित हुई। बैठक में नये आपराधिक कानूनों को लेकर चर्चा की। उन्होंने बताया कि 3 नये कानून- भारतीय न्याय संहिता 2023, भारतीय साक्ष्य अधिनियम 2023 एवं भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता 2023 एक जुलाई 2024 से लागू हो जायेंगे।
1 जुलाई 2024 से भारत के अपने तीन नए आपराधिक कानून होंगे लागू।
1.भारतीय न्याय संहिता 2023
2. भारतीय साक्ष्य अधिनियम 2023
3. भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता 2023
1 जुलाई 2024 से पूरे देश में लागू होंगे।
इण्डियन पीनल कोड-1860 के स्थान पर भारतीय न्याय संहिता-2023, क्रिमिनल, प्रोसीजर कोड-1898, 1973 के स्थान पर भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता-2023 और इण्डियन एवीडेंस एक्ट-1872 के स्थान पर भारतीय साक्ष्य अधिनियम-2023 स्थापित होंगे

After becoming the Prime Minister of India for the third consecutive time, Mr. Narendra Modi will implement three new criminal laws from July 1, 2024. The country's Home Minister Mr. Amit Shah will implement three new criminal laws.
A meeting regarding the new criminal law was held in the Government Secretariat on Monday under the chairmanship of Chief Secretary Mr. Sudhansh Pant. New criminal laws were discussed in the meeting. He informed that 3 new laws - Indian Judicial Code 2023, Indian Evidence Act 2023 and Indian Civil Defense Code 2023 will come into force from July 1, 2024.
From July 1, 2024, India's own three new criminal laws will be implemented.
1. Indian Judicial Code 2023
2. Indian Evidence Act 2023
3. Indian Civil Defense Code 2023
Will be implemented across the country from July 1, 2024. Indian Penal Code-1860 will be replaced by Indian Justice Code-2023, Criminal Procedure Code-1898, 1973 will be replaced by Indian Civil Defence Code-2023 and Indian Evidence Act-1872 will be replaced by Indian Evidence Act-2023
