Why on god’s green earth is it all about this guy. Who/ where are the assistant coaches (the specialists: kick, attack/ defence, set piece, S&C)?

@@poerava Regardless of his form, and his annoying comments, he is perhaps the most innovational coach; he tries all sorts of things, some of which become standard play (such as the current attacking set most teams use) and others (such as the position-less rugby concept) that... don't go so well. Is he the right man for the Wallabies? Probably not. Does he come up with wacky (and sometimes genius) ideas? Yes. So you should respect him for that.

At a World Cup comp you want a strong representation of seasoned players + a handful of exceptional youngbloods in the mix for inclusion in the lesser games. To sail into such a highly competitive contest with virtually all youngbloods, is a recipe for embarrassment. Sorry...a major goof!

BIZARRE. NO excuse saying it is ok to say they are too young AND say beforehand they can win the RWC. More critically is RA Australia Chairman, Hamish McLennan, he should be sacked by the Board, or sack himself for choosing a losing , low emotional intellect Coach. HOWEVER, McLennan is going to undertake a review into the Wallabies, Coach and support staff , NOT himself!! 😱

Ah crap...this reeks of a political move by Eddie. He's got too much hubris, he will 100% believe he will lift the world cup in 4 years time to justify this mess rather than admit defeat and leave. That is what it is but the glearing issue for me is, he totally screwed the selections up, that's all on him. He really shafted the players
