But the way you explained the validity of option B is much convincing.
Please, if possible provide more clarity wrt cabinet from of government.
Parliamentary form of govt. is also called cabinet form of govt.
2nd statement is not explicitly talking about what sir is saying.

Yes High courts review their own judgements it is absolutely correct but see it is not defined, explained or written in the constitution that is why it was incorrect
