I absolutely NEED the Ahsoka Show to introduce Ahsoka to Luke Skywalker. It would be the single coolest thing ever, not to mention super emotional too. It would just be perfect. Like I actually wanted to find out about Ahsoka and her past as Anakins Padawan, about Mandalore in general and everything that happened. Dave Filoni just straight up saved the franchise.
Highly recommend Rebels too. Ahsoka is in Rebels as well. Rebels is great because it goes a lot into the Force beings (many are tied to Lothal) and a LOT into the Lothal Jedi Temple. So much fleshing out of the mysteries around the Force and the temples like they did in the Clone Wars but more so. Dave Filoni was hand picked by George after he watched what he did on the Last Airbender. In a lot of ways, Filoni is Ahsoka.
@Jimbo Bimbo - Favreau came in as a voice actor in the Clone Wars as Pre Vizsla. That’s how he and Dave met. Dave Filoni was taken under George’s wing to become the new loremaster of the universe. Just hand StarWars over to Fav and the Mandalorian crew and return balance back to the damn Force! The Ahsoka/Boba/Luke episodes had me cheering like i was a 6 year old in Pj's. GREAT WORK!!!!!
I think the nostalgic feeling created from this show is mainly deprived from the fact that they use cgi sparingly, which I absolutely love!! They are trying to capture the authentic Star Wars feel by creating costumes for characters and using as much of a physical set they can, the cg is mainly reserved for things that are impossible to do in live action which I love! It really gives this show a more retro feeling when they use actual costumes design and create the majority of the backgrounds to be on the set, I also really like how they use the giant screens those are very kool and creative.

George smiling makes me so happy for some reason. He definitely sold out and I'm pissed he let the sequels happen... but Disney is definitely waking up to what fans really want from the franchise and I'm glad the creator isn't being barred from the creation process!
I wouldn't say he sold out, as much as he gave up. At the time of the sell, people were clamoring for Disney to take over. It was Phase 1 of Avengers back then so people thought Disney would make something amazing with it. That, mixed with fans hating him for a straight decade, probably had a lot to do with him selling it.
Somebody ultimately had to take the reigns from Lucas. It just so happens that the sequel trilogy was poorly conceived, partly rehashed, and simply had no goal at the start. It was nice that they went to using puppets and practical effects though. And let's face it, fandom is just toxic.
I have heard people on the outside call Star Wars fans sexist; I imagine because we disliked Disney's sequels and their protagonist Rei. I hope that our hype for Ahsoka clarifies that the Star Wars franchise was rich with interesting female characters before the Disney sequels and our frustrations are not with female leads but rather poor characters. I hope I speak for everyone when I say we simply want strong characters who earn their part in the story regardless of who or what they are, and we don't like cheap substitutes.
This doesn't need to be said. The only people who make this claim are people that know they have no actual point they can make to try and defend the sequel trilogy. So instead of getting in a debate they will lose handily they just throw out a straw man insult as the verbal equivalent of throwing sand in someones eyes. It makes them feel better because then they don't feel the need to try and defend their shitty opinions.
I just hope people realize that there are extremely loud minorities of very unreasonable people online and not everyone is as bad as those people. The internet has unfortunately brought out some of the worst qualities in humans.
Rosario Dawson was majestic as the great Lady Tano. I absolutely NEED the Ahsoka Show to introduce Ahsoka to Luke Skywalker. It would be the single coolest thing ever, not to mention super emotional too. It would just be perfect. Having her discover that this young jedi is in reality her former master's son, and that through Luke's faith in his father that Anakin returned to the light at the end of his life would be such a shocking revelation but also a huge relief for Ahsoka.
Ahsoka does not even know Luke exists.. How surprising for Ahsoka would be if they met and Luke says his last name..
Luke is already famous galaxy wide by that point for defeating Vader and Palpatine, so Ahsoka should know about him.
@@dayshallcomeagain I'm kind of hoping this happens because the Ahsoka series will crossover with The Mandalorian in a "climactic event".

I have heard people on the outside call Star Wars fans sexist; I imagine because we disliked Disney's sequels and their protagonist Rei. @@remyd8767 Christian Haydensen?
Or Grogu as Baby Yoda
Tobey Maguire as Spider-Man
Imagine if Hayden had show op on set and said: Hey Snips
Not gonna lie I would probably cry haha. This show is saving Star Wars right in front of our eyes after the sequel trilogy and I couldn’t be any happier for it.
Death
I would have cried
This is the worst thing Ive ever read
RoachDoggJR why?
The genuine love and passion for Star Wars in this series is mind blowing. Compared to the incredibly manufactured feel of the sequels, this is like a breath of fresh air, in my opinion of course.
Voice over: "What we did, in The Mandalorian, was respecting what had come before"
Me: If only they took that message on board for the new trilogy
Well the main problem of the sequel trilogy was that it had ideas that could work but they just didn't plan it out in a consistent way at all
@JaigEyesCustom but yeah I gotta say if jj directed last jedi
maybe it wouldn't have been a lot better but then it wouldn't feel so inconsistent because rise of skywalker just felt so reactionary towards the last jedi. the director change is definitely a big part of the problem with the structure of the trilogy as a whole. Plus they should've just planned ahead better.

@JaigEyesCustom "random directors who doesn't have any knowledge about star wars lore or its existing sources." that's the key, I couldn't said it better myself. Or should I say "tHeY fLy NoW"...
@@fa1ry_juice The OT wasn't really planned either. I think the sequels were going well but the third one made them looks like disjumbled mess.
Props to her stunt double. They don't get enough attention when they do the more dangerous parts of filming.
Her stunt double is Caitlin Dechelle who also stunt doubled Katee's Bo-Katan.
The choreographer is Lateef Crowder. Dude is a legit badass. Watch Undisputed 3 with him.
This does put a smile on my face.
They brought her back perfectly. Even the plot of the episode was perfect. She was trying to save people from captivity. Ahsoka has always been a humanist. Everything about the Mandalorian is perfect
Rosario Dawson was absolutely PERFECT as as Ahsoka.
Yes she is , I have spoken
@@darrellsellers I really hope this comment wasn't sarcasm because kinda seems like it. She really was perfect.
I agree, a perfect fit.
@@Gadget-Walkmen nope she is and very beautiful
@@darrellsellers Thank goodness! Love her like this!
Rosario Dawson is simply amazing!
She did a phenomenal job as Ahsoka.
Not just fine, amazing job.
@@Gadget-Walkmen
I edited it = *phenomenal
👍😊
This is the way
Looking at this, Ashoka Tano was made for her. Period.
You know Star Wars is in the right direction when the creator is a consultant with the producers. THIS IS THE WAY.

@@krookodilegang6192 this is getting out of hands now there are three of them
@@krookodilegang6192 oh ok
Omg the lightsabers look so real, even without all the fx!!!
Neopixel lightsabers. They are expensive but look incredible
i think the actor portrayed Ahsoka perfectly. She seems more independent and strong willed after the events of the clone wars show and she's a rogue jedi which fits perfect with her agile and aggressive fighting style
"People know this character, they've watched her grow up and the challenge was to take all the elements that she had"
Ok, you did it really well.
