New UDO Code Connect#3 - August 22, 2024

Over the past several months, the new UDO consultants (Code Studio) have been evaluating our current code, engaging with residents, and drafting new zoning districts in order to further the goals of Durham's Comprehensive Plan!
The third Code Connect was held virtually on August 22, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Code Studio presented some of the newly proposed zoning districts and then held an open Q&A session to facilitate community feedback.
