That meat said ground beef but I can tell by the color of the meat both raw and cooked that it’s ground pork. I love ground pork so I’m onboard! Yummy!

I regularly make Potato Cakes with cheese & Ham inside, (similar to these), but I spray them lightly with Olive Oil & Bake them in the Oven. Much healthier.

It really looks delicious, I would definitely do a garlic cream sauce with it, but I’m a super taster so I can’t stand the taste of onions or mushrooms, but I can tolerate a little onion powder in my food. Other than those two ingredients I definitely have to try this!

Nice recipe. I would use cheese instead of butter on top. A sharp cheese would compliment the meat as it has a high fat content. I will make this for my family. Thanks for taking the time to share this.
