Great Interview! Last night Severin renewed my faith and I bought 14 titles and a slip. Maybe I'll go back for Nun box set(?) ..... Not sure yet.
My very 1st Severin purchase happened during the infamous website being completely shut down. My failed attempt at Black Friday sale 2021 got me so cranky & I ended up not returning to that sale. This previous January I couldn't believe the website - yet again - let me down. By the time I was able to return & get into the site, what I wanted had sold out. I wrote Severin a civil email complaining.
Anyway, so last night I was majorly relieved. Overall I think as a whole I do like Severin's titles a little bit more than Vinegar Syndrome's although last 2 years I've spent a lot of money at both sites. This year I'm trying to buy only titles 50% off and wait to buy the new titles during future sales - for Severin - because the main titles released during the last three sales are still predominantly available now.
Completely understand all of those feelings. I think Severin made a LOT of people happy last night. And then the sale prices… that’s difficult to argue with. I’ll likely be waiting as well.

Oh man. That Dekalog Arrow Box set is number #1 on my want list.
It was on my list for AGES and was finally able to get it for very cheap all things considered.

Site worked great this time. Able to get on right away. Had no trouble till I went to check out. Was never told I needed to create a new account. Someone said they did, but not till like 30 minutes before the sale. Nope. Notta.
But was able to get in my order for the Biggest Bundle and the signed Brigette Lahaie Signed book. So will have 2 copies of the book. Will have to sell the regular version.
I really wanted to grab some more older titles and some box sets today but can't afford anything else.
I hope they do the Marylin Jess book next sale. It comes out in October/November.
I forgot about the Gift card as well. But some have mentioned it worked on their order. :)
I was not aware Severin did a podcast and will have to hunt for them. Sounds amazing.
The podcast is genuinely great! And we shall see about the book, though pulse ships internationally either way!

@@mg-ThisHandleIsSoStupid oh damn! It absolutely could be. At the price it is at, that would not be surprising. It will come back in stock when it gets printed again (it’s not limited) but it won’t be the same price for sure.
