Congrats on the bike fit! This is a video that I've been waiting to see for quite a long time. You and I are proportionately the same but wow 46 mm handlebars. Wow, you are a huge guy. Secondly, the TT bike as your second bike. Wow! What a surprise in this case. It was the fit before buying the bike and of course with the road bike it was the bike and then the fit. In any case, congratulations! Remember that bike fitting is also an evolution, not a solution
Ya your hip and over all body movement on the bike seemed al lot - would never have guessed it was the night of bars - sold me on the two bike types and fitting thanks
N + 1 bikes club 😅. That was a good quality bike fit👍 , good to see he changed your handlebar width too , that should give u greater stability on bike as well 👌 much better than a bike fit i once had from a shop😅 I have hip impingement on both hips and to reduce the impingement i read up alot about bike fit particularly pedal lengths as bike industry used to have 175mm as bog standard for all bikes it seems . Im 5ft 11 and my correct pedal length was supposed to be closer to something like 160 -165 mm . Anywayz i changed to 170mm pedals as its hard to get smaller pedals esp for mtb bikes . That 5mm definitely made a difference , i noticed however that pedal 5mm changes height between seat and pedal so i had to raise the seat , which in turn can changes distance angle between seat and handlebars so i had to change stem length or get a riser bar handlebar 😅 amazing how 5mm makes such a difference on a bike. I had to change all my 3 bikes to so they were all same pedal length 🤠 in time i may try 165mm pedal though im lookin for a new bike and am conscious of finding a bike that already has a 170mm pedal fitted as i would hope the bike geometry is already adjusted for that pedal size now knowing what I know . Tadej Pogacar incidently uses 165mm and he is 176cm 🤠
Come on, lets goooooo 🚀🧨
Yes indeed
Very interesting , thanks for posting
Glad you enjoyed it

I’m sure it won’t be my last but I was surprised about the 46 too but I do have broad shoulders so there you go. Thanks for the support
Had a bike fit a few weeks ago. Man what a difference. More comfort, better control, instantly picked up 1kph
Great job, thanks for the support

Great to hear I think I will eventually drop to 165 or 160. Getting the new canyon fitted in a couple weeks too which will be interesting
