Thanks. Thought I was a subscriber just for the laser work but like the architecture videos too. This one is also very helpful. As a retiree just doing volunteer projects, I may not want or need top of the line office equipment but it gives me a direction to look. I have bought less expensive things - like an adjustable desk- which really don’t work well, and that’s even more expensive in the long run. Good to know a gaming computer can be used for Photoshop etc., although I had an Alienware that died relatively young.
Glad the video was helpful! Alienware has been a hit or miss, but their support team usually sends a tech to repair and initial issues. I think the biggest one that was surprisingly helpful for me right now has been the vertical mouse and my office chair. They made a big difference with all the long hours I put into designing my projects
Great desktop review..
Thank you!
Awesome setup Tim! Especially love the cozy warm lighting. Great camera work too, btw!
Forgive me if I’m missing it - do you mind if I ask the brand of lightbar?
Thanks! The light bar came from Amazon where there’s hundreds of brands selling the same one so I didn’t mention a specific brand
Which screen light did you get for your wife? Also don’t think the light video link you have is available on your video
Thanks for pointing that out! I added the bar light that I bought for my wife to the video description. It's similar to the one I use, but it's split into 2 lights that can swivel to different positions www.amazon.com/Mcherry-Gooseneck-Dimmable-Monitor-Reading/dp/B0BXXHCJ1Q
Do architects need to be good at math?
Nope! Simple math and fractions is really all I use on a day to day basis
@@Tim_Ung cheers, i am just a bit nerdy. Like for example, a project like the crimean bridge, very complex, very difficult, that would be architects or a whole bunch of other people as well who design that?
@@Leinsterbaby that was be a team of architects and engineers. Today, a lot of software can help with calculations and geometry
