Beeyeon Ahn Yes it's true that she was a sub-vocalist since their debut but only till the departure of BESTIE members. She became a lead vocalist since OT5. It is very evident in her vocal abilities (tho not as good as Hyerin), you can see it in her solo performances (Masked Singer, etc.). Her share of lines also prove it as she gets a fair share of vocal parts, she even gets more lines than her fellow lead vocalist Hyerin in a lot of occasions. Nowkpop and Misskpop (popular Kpop profile makers) also refer to her as a lead vocalist.

I still remember when an article once mentioned how fans worried EXID were done after "Every Night" due to the gap between it and "Up & Down" in 2014. It's amazing how things changed so fast, EXID are a household name nowadays in K-Pop. It's so surreal to come back here and see this single again. EXID are a legendary success story, one of the groups that proved to the world that talent exists, not just in big name companies, but smaller known ones too.
I feel like this is such an underrated song. It truly is, like, the best EXID song; not that the others are bad. This one just is always amazing and never gets old and the dance is amazing and is honestly one of the best Kpop songs ever put out.

Since it became buried in other comments long ago, I will repeat it again, as follows: "For reasons which are not disclosed, EXID decide to take revenge on a man (apparently an arrogant jerk) and his female companions. First they use apparatus to produce pepper juice extract and put it into glass vials. They then visit the jerk and smash the glass vials on the floor, releasing pepper juice gas which causes the women to go into violent fits of coughing or sneezing, and makes them spit all over the jerk in the process. Note that EXID has a tradition of releasing MVs that are somewhat controversial or at least out of the ordinary. And I should add that there is absolutely no connection between the song lyrics and the events in this MV. Normally Hyerin doesn't leave much of an impression on me as she's overshadowed by Hani's rich tone and Solji's power but my favorite part of this song is her rough "STOP! [insert Hangul here]."
When I first watched this video, I thought Hyerin was the leader or something! I was brand new to kpop and I thought that. EXID should do more songs like this. Now that they're popular, they can bring out better songs that doesn't need to be catchy. Since up & down, their songs are catchy but not really original because they use the same technique: same part of song for the members and same organization

Normally Hyerin doesn't leave much of an impression on me as she's overshadowed by Hani's rich tone and Solji's power but my favorite part of this song is her rough "STOP! [insert Hangul here]."
When I first watched this video, I thought Hyerin was the leader or something! I was brand new to kpop and I thought that. She looks amazing here, sounds amazing, and has more presence than she's had in any other song! The dark makeup makes her look more powerful, she should stick with it for some songs.

Just discovered this one and I already love it! But my personal favorite is AOA's "Miniskirt", I literally heard it hundreds of times the last few days and it's so fucking addictive. Probably the frequencies "Miniskirt" produces are having the same effect as cocaine :D I just discovered kpop but I don't really understand why AOA is getting so little recognition for "Miniskirt" (they are more popular for "Heart Attack" etc) when this is their most played single on RUclips, lol.
