You could get ya a new truck and need another new truck in the amount of time it would take you to hear that much gobblin' in PA and that's hunting every day!!

Sometimes it is. They pitch pit when they have enough light. Have to be a turkey to know that exactly. I hunt Merriam's almost exclusively, and have seen them wandering around in the dark pretty much.

@travisarnott7093 I live in NC and I've seen eastern birds ground roost or fly down early but it's pretty rare

I think it's one in the same. Higher pitched out west maybe- the biggest difference is the witting versus clucking in my opinion

It’s modded out to point of no recognition. It’s on an alps frame but I’ve had to redo most all stitching.
