Agree with you when it comes to anglers trying to get as close as they can I hate it ,they are usually the ones who cant cast very well and end up chucking into your peg there should be some competence test before they’re allowed on the bank

Farview fisheries in cottingley near bingley is a good day out on the feeder you have 2 lakes to choose from £8 for 1 rod or £9 for 2 give it a try mixed course fishery also with grass carp in the top lake hope to watch you and your dad fish it one day tight lines and what a day's fishing you had mate.

Super stuff. Always seems that someone tries to muscle in on your swim if your doing well. Usually when they've decided where they want to fish before they've arrived.
Would never do that myself try somewhere else and you learn more about the fishery.

The major take I got from this video is just keep it simple. Spot the fish. Pellet method feeder with a wafter. Size up line. Underarm it out. 👏Im going to buy a regal bait runner like yours - £40 at angling direct - makes total sense with the carp screaming off like that.

We always have a bit of a crack when fishing ! It’s good that we have fishing as a hobby in common. Must just be lack of understanding around why it’s not polite to come fishing right next to someone. You feel like you are being rude staying something but too much angling pressure in one area can kill the fishing as uou know 👌🏻🎣

Great points made here Christine ! I fully agree that the techniques can have a massive effect on success. Those type of people must really not care what people think of them or not care about distance or space 😂 maybe it’s just lack of understanding about fishing etiquette, hopefully these videos help raise awareness !

Or just a stronger float/pole setup with some decent elastic ! In all seriousness they where laughing about having their pole elastic snapped but a fish will probably die towing that around with it 😠 not good !
