Hey the only book I can think of that is dark romance with blood magic and demons is Her soul to take by Harley Laroux which I recommended in this video! However I don’t ever read books with adultery as I don’t like cheating so I’m not sure if I can help you! However maybe try googling it? Sometimes Reddit has like hyper specific tropes or recommendations :)
