Your wedding gown was beautiful! You're so lucky to have had a Grandmother who would do that! ❤

Such a fun video. Its nice to participate in the plannimg! I love all your choices. The blue and white upholstry fabric reminds me of a diamond owned window.

That clock is perfect! What a find! I’ve been struggling with the cleaning issue as well (allergies in our family) and came to the decision of putting mine under glass, in one way or another. I decided to stitch it first and then decide. This was so helpful! Thank you!

I have decided on a 36 inch x 36 inch size for this fabric. I have pulled out a bunch of neutrals but haven’t played with them yet. Your clock is an amazing frame to use. ❤❤❤

Thank goodness for you, Corrine. I have been up and down all night with ideas and gathering bits and bobs...I am knackered! I have been hoping for the clarity I always get from you. Just as I decided to give up on sleep...I find your video. Thank you❤

Oh, wow! This looks amazing already. Thanks for sharing. I have nothing like this planned. I did then got scared the project would be too hard. So it’s still in the too hard basket. I look forward to seeing the Gosling quilt though. Cheers from Tweed Heads. Xx

Wow looks amazing Corrine. Bit busy this year so I will watch and aww at what you create on this fabulous project. I am still doing last years table cloth everything is nearly finished being embroidered um I thought why not embroider your accents and hey place on, um never placed on so I have placing to do and add in the fabrics I have placed aside so this is my big main project inbetween teaching, painting I have a few orders so this must come first mind I also have a few other projects I have on the go, yep a bit busy this year still I will enjoy watching you create and I know I will be learning things along the way. Thank you for showing us the start, oh my such a lovely project happy sewing.

Oww its getting exciting,, Just a thought... seeing where you are planning to hang your finished piece & seeing the fabric that was white with diamond trellis shapes on it I would defo make a window (as in your sketch/idea) & use the trellis style fabric to make the panes of glass so it looks like an old english cottage window with leadwork especially as the clock shows england on its face sought of sealed the thought in my head BUT whatever you do it will be truly beautiful. Looking forward to following this adventure😁

If a wall hanging gets dusty you can lay down some window screening to protect it, and then vacuum it.

Thanks for sharing the idea for tablecloth. I've been thinking on how to "drape" a cloth so it does look like a cloth over a table.

Loving your layout. I was unsure whether I was going to participate with this project, but your layout has set my wheels working. I have the one and only table cloth that my mother made- unfortunately it’s getting insect holes in it, so I’m getting comfortable about cutting it up. But I needed the right project for the table cloth. Thanks for the inspiration

Oh my goodness, you’re so funny with the wedding photos. How lovely to have used your grandmas wedding dress. (Or she made it?)
I’m glad you chose the French fabrics it will be lovely.
I’m hiding in the caravan. That property with canyons and start of river sounds so good and worth a visit.
Looks wonderful how you’ve started Corrine.

I could see all pieces used: just tea dye the teapot and rose fabric and it would so work...and if you wanted to do a window, the lattice looking fabric would make a great window pane!

When you were talking about having a window/not having a window, I thought why don’t you replicate the clock face onto the wall of the still life ….it would honour the sacrifice the broken clock made in providing a frame for your finished piece…. Donna G. 🇦🇺
