Brenda Liz Nieves, a global estate broker with Puerto Rico Sotheby’s International Realty since 2013, has been a Puerto Rico real estate broker for more than 17 years. Since the beginning of her career, Brenda has consistently been a top earning broker with a focus on luxury estate homes. In 2014 and 2015, Brenda was acknowledged as having one of the highest sales records at PRSIR. She has sold more than $16 million of real estate in 2018 alone, with her biggest sales being in the Dorado area. Brenda has an expert knowledge of the Dorado community because of her close to decade of exposure in the area. Brenda consistently offers commercial experience and functional understanding of the island’s investment sector, transitioning between gated community luxury homes and upscale commercial investments.
