I absolutely love this cake! My 6yr old granddaughter has wanted a minion party for the last 2 years, and she is finally having it next month. She couldn't make up her mind whether to have the yellow or purple, so this takes care of that problem! Have both! Being that it is a smaller party, I'll probably make it with less layers. But thank you for the video! You definitely make it look easy!

My mind is constantly thinking of ideas for cakes, I get inspiration from everything I see. After doing this double sided cake, I have plenty more designs based on this that I want to publish, so stay tuned :)
