To let everyone know about this video. This is part of a film series that the USSR released in 1970-1971 it's called "Liberation" It's a total of 6 films. It's similar to the Longest Day here in the west.
I hate to correct you, but the footage comes from a film called "The Third Blow" (Третий удар), frrom 1948. Its about recoquering the Crimea. The serie "The Liberation" is from 1970s.

Ohe, I want my fellow Russian soldiers to unite together with their neighbouring relative family Ukrainian and Finnish people. Don't crush down the Ukrainian and Finnish soldiers, work together collectively to defend each other territories and border zones. Love forever.

My negative comments about the behavior of the Soviet Army should not be taken as disapproval of the quality of this musical piece. It is hearty and sounds very patriotic. It was a pleasure to listen to, although I do not understand Russian.
