Home Alone | A 10 day long covid quarantine

At the beginning of 2022, I fell sick with covid upon returning to Amsterdam (after the holidays with family in Portugal.) I decided to chronicle my quarantine as I was feeling weary of spiraling into a huge illness funk (should I say depression?) This is how the whole thing helped, including enough rumination, checking on your friends, and musings on the creative process.
