Palletizing Robot

This Motion Amplification® video shows a palletizing robot, with Transient ROI tracking the robot and standard ROI providing vibration conditions of the hydraulic pump. The video shows a high horizontal vibration caused by the movement of the robot. By providing data on both the robot and the pump using high-speed camera data, it is possible to relate machine conditions caused by nearby equipment.
For the long-term health of the pump, its mounting should be re-considered to better isolate it from the robot's movement.
