Jelly Made With Pork Skin! A must-eat in winter of China

  • • Ingredients: pork skin jelly
    Pig skin some 0:31,
    First use a flame gun or a blade to remove the residual pig hair, then clean it. Add some green onions, ginger, pricky ash, and star anise into the pot. Start timing after the water is boiling and boil for 3 minutes. Remove the fat from the skin and cut the skin into small pieces. After adding salt and cooking wine, rub repeatedly to clean up the residual oil, and clean it with warm water.
    Method 1: put some pork skin in the bowl and add 3 times of water in it, steam for 40 minutes and let cool. After it coagulates, slice it and dip it in sauce.
    Method 2: Soak 200 grams of peanuts and 100 grams of soybeans in advance, then take them out and clean them, and mix them with 500 grams of lotus root pieces and 500 grams of pork skin.
    Add about 5 tablespoons of oil to a hot pot 3:35,
    Add some green onion, ginger, pricky ash, star anise, cinnamon, and some bay leaves(3:43), then add the main ingredients.
    Light soy sauce (about 2 spoons in the video) 4:05,
    Thirteen-spices (half teaspoon) 4:10,
    Salt (a level spoonful) 4:13,
    Add enough water to submerge the ingredients (need to add more at halfway) 4:28, simmer for 30 minutes and then let cool. Wait till it coagulates and serve directly.
