Just bought another C7 after having one few years ago with a Akrapovic + corsa x pipe...sounded amazing. This isn't far from that sound and a bit cheaper. I might actually consider but with NPP cause I'm also from Cali lol
It sounded amazing with that combo. I was lucky to have a friend who wanted to sell his C7 and so he wanted my stock plus some cash. Now I wish I kept that dang thing cause I didn’t know it cost 5k+ 😅
@@dilibe6483 45,000 miles in 6 years. No reliability issues. Runs great. I’ve only had cracked rims and a windshield motor go out but the replacement was cheap for the motor. The wheels are prone to cracking so you got to be careful.
@@drewmorey6070 tough to say because I never heard it in person but a lot of other corvette owners seem really happy with it. Can’t go wrong either way
I would say the C8 is less stiff in suspension and more comfortable day to day, but nonetheless the C7 is still a comfortable ride especially in Tour mode.
You are right. You will pass smog. 99% probably yes. The secondary cats are not monitored, so the computer doesn’t know any better. However, technically you have modified the emission system, which would fail the visual inspection in CA. If you get a super anal smog tech that knows what to look for…problem. I have a secondary delete titanium double X pipe on mine. When the time comes to get a smog check, I’ll make sure the shop I go to has a smog tech with a general DGAF look to them.

Great sound! Do you notice any extra exhaust fumes by deleting the secondary cat?
@@cozmicsoull not at all. Just ever so slightly only on cold start but stationary and stop lights nothing at all.
This is my favorite car, besides the 1970 Chevelle. I will own one someday. Great video.
You will absolutely love this car it’s incredible
Just wondering how many miles do you have on it and reliability issues. Great sound btw

Up the great content, you have a beautiful car!
Does the cornerstone ship to cali?
@@jonathanvilla1920 yes it does
Hey Cro, thanks for the video. How does the suspension firmness compare between this and your C8? Does the C8 feel as stiff as the C7?

im in bako looks like you were too. have a C7 GS with A&A supercharger. You go to any of the car shows weekly?
@@arensel84 nope haven’t been but always wanted to go! What color is your GS?
Did you have a stock exhaust before? I'm in Cali too, i have kooks 2" longtubes and catless X-pipe and then stock axle back.
Yeah I had stock exhaust. How are you liking the kooks headers? I bet it sounds crazy
@@crointhevettethey're awsome, i definitely recommended
They go hand to hand together? LOL
Holy shit that sounds amazing... I have a 2017 Shelby GT 350 and this may just beat my exhaust sound..

Hopefully we both don’t run into that problem that would suck ass having to revert back to stock. Most shops here in my area are a little laid back
